I've had a blast playing bass on some great new records this month--for starters, the fabulous Mindy Smith. It's been a while since I've had a chance to work with Mindy and it was a lot of fun. This is going to be a great record.  

Last week, I was in the studio with Bruce Robison and Kelly Willis for their upcoming album. It was an absolute pleasure. These guys are badass.

I finished off the month by pulling out the tenor guitar for some Peter Bradley Adams tracks. Always a pleasure to work with the great PBA.

The Year's End

Just wrapped up the amazing 2011 tour with k.d lang and The Siss Boom Bang. Australia, Singapore, the U.K., Canada, and the U.S (including Alaska!). We'll get back to it in 2012. In the meantime, I'll be working on some new recording projects.

September's been a good month. Just finished mixing Robby Hecht's new record, and we're really excited about sending this one out into the world. I've also had a blast doing some mixing and recording for Peter Bradley Adams' upcoming record. I produced and recorded a tune with a fantastic new singer/songwriter, Molly Parden. You can hear the song here.

The upcoming week features shows with The Silver Seas (9/10/10 @ 12th and Porter) and Sarah Siskind (10/1/10 @ Five Spot) as part of Next Big Nashville. Come out and say hello!
